  • The TR (Total Recall) File Barcode field for files is for Support purposes. Refer to this number when contacting Support.
  • The TR (Total Recall) Workorder ID field for orders is for Support purposes. Refer to this number when contacting Support.
  • The indexing and validation status of a record: Pending Pickup, Pending Validation, or Validated.
  • An order placed for Access to digitize a record (scan on demand).
