Changing your password
You can update your password on the My Account tab.
If you forget your password and cannot log into Access Unify | Lifecycle, you can also change your password. You will need access to the email account associated with your user account.
Your Access Unify | Lifecycle administrator can also trigger a password reset.
- Open the Access Unify | Lifecycle login page.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter your User Name and click Reset Password. We'll send password reset instructions to the email associated with your user name.
- Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the link into your web browser. Enter your User Name and a new Password.
Complex passwords are required. Passwords must include:
- 10 to 50 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character from this list: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] { } | \ : ; " ' < > , . ? / ~ `

After confirming your new password, click Submit New Password.
- When your new password has been set, click Log In. You will be redirected to the Access Unify | Lifecycle login page.
